К народам и гражданам стран Европы!

  Дорогие европейцы. Мы, граждане России более чем 100 национальностей, различных вероисповеданий, рас, убеждений, политических, идеологических, сексуальных и всех иных ориентаций, хотим обратиться к вам напрямую, минуя политиков и СМИ, поскольку считаем, что пришло время говорить без посредников.
  С большой тревогой мы видим, что ситуация на Украине стала причиной для самого серьезного политического кризиса в Европе со времен "холодной войны". Лидеры государств и военных альянсов впервые за десятилетия не исключают возможность настоящей войны на нашем континенте, что означало бы гибель миллионов людей, наших с вами детей, родителей, близких и любимых. Абсолютное безумие - наблюдать, что наши народы ведут к войне, а нам отводится лишь роль статистов и наблюдателей.
  Мы считаем, что пришло время народам самим взять судьбу Европы в свои руки. Безответственность политиков, фобии времен холодной войны, военные блоки, оружие массового поражения, базы и военные структуры сохраняют угрозу новых конфликтов в Европе.
  Мы убеждены, что ни один из народов Европы не хочет войны. Нет ни малейших причин и предпосылок к тому, чтобы разногласия политиков и геополитические проблемы стали причиной для новой беды для наших народов. Если ваши СМИ говорят вам обратное, убеждают, что кто-то в России хочет иного, рассчитывает захватить какие-то территории или подчинить себе другие народы - это ложь, с помощью которой от вас хотят добиться одобрения санкций и иных форм давления на Россию.
  Никто в России не хочет конфликта с Европой, ни один из нас не испытывает враждебности к европейцам, ни одна европейская нация не должна ощущать угрозы от России. Наши пожелания в отношении русских меньшинств в Европе не выходят за рамки европейских конвенций и базовых принципов о правах человека.
  Мы рассчитываем на принципиальные гарантии безопасности - как нация, подвергшаяся нескольким агрессиям из Европы за последние два столетия, и это наше естественное желание не является угрозой в отношении других государств. Мы лишь хотим, чтобы нам был гарантирован мир.
  Мы обращаемся ко всем здравомыслящим людям в Европе с призывом повлиять на власти своих стран и остановить раскрутку воинственных настроений и провокационных призывов, не поддаваться на ложь политиков и СМИ о "российской угрозе", призвать власти к диалогу и поиску взаимоприемлемых решений во имя единой и безопасной Европы.
  Пришло наше время, время народов Европы. Мы все вместе должны создать принципиально новые структуры и механизмы мира и безопасности в Европе, которые бы гарантировали мирное решение всех спорных вопросов и уважение к правам людей и народов.

  To the peoples and citizens of Europe!
  
  Dear Europeans. We, citizens of Russia more than 100 nationalities, different religions, races, beliefs, political, ideological, sexual and all other orientations, I want to address you directly, bypassing the politicians and the media, as we believe that the time has come to speak without intermediaries.
  With great concern we see that the situation in Ukraine has become a cause for the most serious political crisis in Europe since the cold war. The leaders and military alliances for the first time in decades, do not exclude the possibility of this war on our continent, that would mean the death of millions of people, our children, parents, relatives and loved ones. Absolute madness to see that our people are for war, and we play only the role of statistics and observers.
  We believe that the time has come for the peoples to take the fate of Europe in their hands. Irresponsible politicians, phobia of the cold war, military units, weapons of mass destruction, bases and military structures retain the threat of new conflicts in Europe.
  We are convinced that none of the peoples of Europe do not want war. There is not the slightest reason and prerequisites to ensure that differences politicians and geopolitical problems have led to a new disaster for our peoples. If your media tell you to the contrary, convinced that someone in Russia wants another, hopes to capture some territory or to subjugate other Nations - it is a lie which you want to get approval for sanctions and other forms of pressure on Russia.
  Nobody in Russia wants conflict with Europe, neither of us feels hostility to Europeans, no European nation should not feel threatened by Russia. Our wishes in respect to the Russian minorities in Europe beyond the European conventions and basic principles of human rights.
  We rely on fundamental guarantees of security as a nation exposed to multiple aggressions from Europe over the last two centuries, and it is our natural desire is not a threat to other States. We only want us was guaranteed world.
  We appeal to all sensible people in Europe with a call to affect the authorities of their countries and stop the promotion of militant sentiment and provocative appeals, not to succumb to the lies of politicians and the media about the "Russian threat", to call the authorities to dialogue and the search for mutually acceptable solutions in the name of a United and secure Europe.
  Our time has come, the time of the peoples of Europe. We all have to create entirely new structures and mechanisms for peace and security in Europe, which would guarantee the peaceful settlement of all disputes and respect for the rights of individuals and peoples.
